Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for all appointments require 24 hours before appointment, failure to do so will result in 100% charge of your appointment on your credit card on file. Please note there is a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit when booking appointments to secure your slot to avoid cancellation and/or no shows. Wig orders require 100% deposit non-refundable deposit. No walks ins. By appointment only. Subject to change without notice.
